Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories.

  4. Shipping: Send the package back to the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method.

Restocking Fee

For returns of non-defective items, we may charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product. The fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees are as follows:

  • Unused, undamaged, and unopened: 10% restocking fee.
  • Opened but in like-new condition: 15% restocking fee.
  • Signs of use or damage: Fee determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need an exchange, please specify this when contacting our customer support team. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
